About Naomi
I am a dedicated Microsoft Excel tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience, helping students of all levels from beginners to advanced learners. I have successfully taught around 150 to 200 students, guiding them to improve their skills, complete assignments, and become more confident in using Excel for academic and professional work.
My teaching philosophy is simple and practical. I believe that every student can learn Excel when it is explained in a clear and easy way. I focus on understanding each student’s level and learning style, and then I adjust my lessons to suit their needs. I use real-life examples like budgeting, reports, and data tracking so students can see how Excel is useful in daily life and jobs.
I cover a wide range of topics including formulas and functions, data analysis, charts, pivot tables, dashboards, data cleaning, and basic automation. My sessions are interactive and include hands-on practice, small projects, and problem-solving exercises. I also support students with assignments, presentations, and note preparation to help them perform better in exams and coursework.
One of my key achievements is helping many students move from basic understanding to advanced confidence in Excel. Some of my students have improved their academic results, while others have used these skills to become more job-ready.

My teaching approach in Microsoft Excel is focused on making learning practical, clear, and useful for real-life situations. I start by understanding each student’s level and goals, then design lessons that match their needs. I believe in motivation, so I encourage students to stay confident and curious while learning new concepts.
I teach Excel using real-life examples and case studies such as budgeting, data tracking, business reports, and project management. This helps students understand how Excel is used in jobs and daily tasks. I cover important topics like formulas and functions, data analysis, charts and graphs, pivot tables, dashboards, data cleaning, conditional formatting, and basic automation using macros.
My sessions are interactive and creative. I give hands-on exercises, mini projects, and assignments that build problem-solving skills. I also help students with PowerPoint, Word, and note preparation so they can present their work clearly and professionally.
I follow strong values of integrity and accountability. I make sure I am well-prepared for every session and provide honest guidance. I also track student progress and give regular feedback so they can improve step by step.
My goal is not just to teach Excel, but to help students become confident, independent, and job-ready with practical skills they can use in exams, assignments, and future careers.
