About Riddhima

I am 25 years old, I grew up in south Dublin and love math!

I also love teaching others and being able to help them. Growing up I would find math teachers to be very formidable and therefore for the subject to be even more so!

However, despite that, it was something that made sense to me and I learned to love it. My goal is to teach math in a friendly, comprehensive way, to eliminate the fear around the subject and to enlighten the students to see that there is nothing scary about it!

I try to make the problems as relatable to the student as possible so that they start actually thinking about the questions in a logical way - and that is honestly half the battle. Once they start applying logic, the rest goes very smoothly.

I create a friendly environment where my students feel safe to voice concerns and questions and therefore grow.

About the lesson

Hi!

I'm Riddhima, a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor committed to helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

My teaching approach is student-centred, interactive, and tailored to each learner's needs. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps while encouraging critical thinking and independent problem-solving. I use a combination of explanations, guided practice, real-life examples, and regular feedback to ensure students fully understand the material and make steady progress.

Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student's requirements. Each lesson is structured to review previous learning, introduce new concepts, and provide opportunities for practice and questions.

I have experience working with students of different abilities and learning styles, helping them improve their understanding, confidence, and exam performance. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically but also to develop effective study habits that benefit them in the long term.

My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, and higher-level students, depending on the subject area, as well as anyone seeking additional support, exam preparation, or a stronger foundation in their studies.

I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and reaching their full potential.
