About Lokraj
I am an undergraduate in microbiology, currently I am working in a beverage industry (City Mineral Beverage Industry Pvt. Ltd.) in Kathmandu, Nepal as microbiologist. During the undergraduate study I conducted a research work entitled "Antimicrobial Activity of Lichen Extracts and Lichen Based Silver Nanoparticles against Standard Bacterial Isolates". I am research enthusiast and creative person, beside my academic and professional career I am a self-taught artist. My main purpose of teaching junior student is to share about the knowledge I gained and to make them familiar about the horizon of biology, its importance to humankind in the present and future.

Science is based on the fundamental principles, from where we derive and formulate novel principles and theories. I strongly support innovation and creation, I do a lot of study about present scenario in the field of biology and my main way of gathering knowledge is based on studying recent research articles, articles about present problems, discoveries and development of new theories keeping fundamental principles of biology in mind. So, I will teach not only based on textbook and give knowledge about fundamental principles, I always try to connect my student with current researches and problems in the field of biology and world of microorganisms.
