Methodology: I believe that it is critical to understand the foundational concepts before applying such concepts to practice problems. I first work with the students to teach the basic math concepts and then move forward by reinforcing these techniques with practice problems. I will either generate my own practice problems or we can use the student's current assignments.
Math Levels:
- Pre-Algebra
- Algebra I and II
- Precalculus

Deadly! Emma tutors Algebra for my daughter and she described her as nice, helpful and caring. She seems to be a master of the subject, and we'll go with her again.

Emma was an excellent tutor for AP Calculus BC, where she was clearly committed to making sure I understood the content she was tutoring me in. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I grasped the material thoroughly, making difficult concepts understandable.
