About Abi
I am very passionate about biology as it is a subject I excel at and the subject of my degree but as an autistic student I have experience with teachers not always explaining the topic in a way I understand and growing frustrated. In light of this, I guarantee I will explain the topic in many different ways until the student understands and hopefully grow their passion for science.

I try to have a tailored approach to student learning style but my default teaching method is to cover content for approximately half an hour, answer any questions and then ask the students exam questions, slowly removing scaffolding until they are confident. This means the student will leave the lesson with detailed notes and a model answer.
