About Jessica
Previous experience tutoring science up to GCSE and Biology up to A-level with one-on-one sessions. I have assisted a number of students in building their confidence in their learning of biological pathways (metabolism, photosynthesis, cell signaling, enzyme reactions). I have helped students link processes together in order to further understanding of the subject more broadly as many biological processes work together. The broader picture in many cases has helped my tutees understand the finer details.

Confident with OCR, CIE and AQA GCSE and A-level biology syllabi. I am currently in my 3rd year of biological sciences at Exeter, with a specialism in physiology and immunity. I am able to aid the learning of secondary school students, A-level students, and access course students.
I am able to tailor lessons to suit the needs of each student whether that be help with revision and revision technique, improving understanding of topics and extending knowledge to further a students understanding.
