I am Yogi Parm, a yoga practitioner with over 10 years of dedicated practice and more than 5 years of experience teaching yoga through both online and offline classes.

I have completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Yoga Science, which allows me to teach with a strong foundation in both traditional yogic knowledge and modern scientific understanding.

My teaching approach is personalised, safe, and mindful, focusing on correct alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progress.

I work with beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and my online sessions are carefully structured to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and individual attention.

My online classes are strongly rooted in Iyengar Yoga, with a clear emphasis on precision, alignment, and therapeutic application, supported by practices from Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Each online session is carefully structured to ensure clarity and effectiveness even in a virtual setting. Classes begin with mind-calming techniques, followed by gentle yogic stretching, a well-guided asana sequence, and end with pranayama and guided meditation to support deep relaxation and mental balance.

Special attention is given to verbal cueing, demonstration, and individual corrections, making the online format safe and accessible. Practices are modified according to age, flexibility, and health conditions, allowing students to progress comfortably from their own space.
