About Md Mahmudul
Md Mahmudul Hasan holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. In his Ph.D. research, he worked on Medical Imaging and Artificial Intelligence. Hasan has completed his Masters by Research Degree (MPhil) in Biomedical Engineering (2021) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia. Formerly, he was a Lecturer of the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET), Bangladesh from August 2016 to January 2019.
Hasan has been involved in various multidisciplinary research projects, including, Neuroimaging and deep learning, EEG Biometrics, EEG based emotion detection, robotics, and automation, and was awarded the "UNSW TFS Scholarship (2021-2024)", "Australian Govt. Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship (2019-2021)", "Prime Bank Scholarship (2012-2016)", "University Dean's Awards at KUET (2013-2016)" and “Youth Award-2015” as one of the top 200 Young Scientists by Centre for Research & Information (CRI), Bangladesh. His research interests include Medical Machine Learning, Medical signal & Image processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, and Automation. Apart from his research activities, Hasan is a successful content writer & Youtuber. He loves coding, vlogging, cycling, hiking, and traveling..
