About Mariam

I am a first-year university student. I studied Arabic for my HSC in 2019 and scored a 97/100 for Arabic Continuers and a 49/50 for my extension course. I understand almost every single one of the twenty-two Arabic dialects. I am fluent in Fus-ha (Standard Arabic) and I am also able to teach it. I have taught people of Arab-speaking backgrounds how to read and write Arabic. I am also able to teach different Arabic dialects. Moreover, I also have experience in teaching non-Arab students reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

About the lesson

Each student has a different way of learning. I focus on each of my student's strengths and weaknesses and teach and support accordingly. I focus on reading and writing skills with students of Arab backgrounds who may speak Arabic at home. On the other hand, I work on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation in addition to the alphabet.
