Most importantly I focus on:
A) In pharmacology:-
1) mechanism of action of drugs.
2) unwanted effect/ side-effects of drugs.
3) contraindication of drugs.
B) In medicinal chemistry:-
1) chemical structure.
2) basic structural scaffold.
3) structural activity relationship.
