About Espi
I am a yoga, movement and meditation teacher as well as an avid downhill mountain biker. Having done yoga for 14 years and worked in many sports and fitness settings - I have created my own style of teaching that uses ancient yoga and modern science to create the perfect compliment to your favourite adventure sport!

I teach online and in person. Your first class will be a short exploration of how you currently move and feel, then we will work on specific areas as we fine tune your body and mind.
I believe in teaching people skills that they can use for a long time after class and want to empower you to really explore what your body is capable of.
