I’d definitely recommend Leap as a tutor. She worked with my younger brother for around 7 months in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and I’m really happy with how supportive and patient she was the whole time. He’s always hated maths, so it’s been great seeing her not give up on him and actually try to make the sessions fun and engaging. I could tell she really cared about helping him improve, and she put in the effort to find ways that worked for him. Honestly, she made a big difference.

Back in high school, I had a hard time understanding math and needed someone to help me through it, that’s when leap stepped in. She was very patient, explained things clearly, and would always find ways to solve harder problems easier. The thing that stood out the most was how encouraging she was. Even when she took the time to go through problems over and over again, she never made me feel bad for not getting it the first few times.
This made it easier for me to understand, participate and learn.

Leap has been teaching our Grade 9 daughter math for over a year online. Our daughter was not confident in math but now after Leap’s dedication, patience and fun lessons our daughter is so much more confident and has gone from developing to proficent in the time that Leap has been teaching her. Leap is very good at making sure our daughter understands what she is teaching her before moving onto a new lesson.
