About Esther
I am a value for money specialist, with extensive experience in the use of both quantitative and qualitative evidence to underpin value for money questions. I hold an MSc Statistics from the University of Geneva and BSc Quantitative economics. I have led high value projects funded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCDO), UK Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, and Children Investment Fund Foundation. I have also led VFM audits of the UK public sector.
