About Fiona
I am a yoga enthusiast who has planned to follow a yoga teacher training in 2021 in Asia (training postponed due to covid) and who would like to start teaching beginners. I have been practicing yoga for several years, both in class and at home, and have been studying yoga theory for several months in preparation for training. I therefore offer classes to people who want to discover yoga or continue a practice that has already started. I already give lessons to people I know. Besides yoga, I have a bachelor degree in English so I can also teach in English if you prefer!

Everyone is welcome to yoga! No need to be already flexible or strong, you just have to come with the desire to discover the practice of yoga and also to discover your own body. The postures can be adapted to all levels and modifications are always possible to benefit from yoga without any risk of injury. I adapt my lessons to the student and his/her needs, according to age, physical condition and schedule. I mainly practice dynamic vinyasa style yoga which is perfect for those who want to develop strength, endurance and flexibility. I also offer gentler hatha style yoga classes. Like most yoga classes, I use bricks and straps to better adapt the practice to everyone. Yoga is not just a sports practice, it is a set of life principles as well and I would love to be able to teach you more about the philosophy behind this practice if you wish.
