About Herman

I'm a professional violinist and conductor from Argentina. Started learning at 8 years old, I struggled to practise and make my teachers happy. After 15 years playing in an opera house but also playing live gigs with the country's mainstream rock and pop bands, moved to London to share my experience.

About the lesson

To be honest, I didn't enjoy learning the violin. I was reminded constantly that I was never good enough. Now, as a teacher I put my students first and constantly check if they're enjoying the demanding challenges of learning the violin.

Deadly! Herman is an excellent violin teacher. He has taken his time to really understand me and coach as a musician. His observations, corrections, support and encouragement have meant that in just two months I have improved more, and more solidly, than I did under years of instruction from other teachers.

Herman is one of the most talented musicians I ever met. Coming from a musicians family, I met him as he's the son of my symphonic percussion teacher. I saw him live playing with different orchestras in Argentina and I played with him several times,therefor I can confirm he has a fantastic ear, musicality, and music recognitiong. And something very impressive for an academic formation musician is that he is also a popular music lover and player. With great and funny personality he will make the lessons very enjoyable.
