About Rayhan
I'm an A-level student from Doha College with an offer to study Mathematics at the University of Warwick, and A*A*A*A* predicted across maths, further maths and chemistry. Alongside my studies, I co-founded my school's Maths Olympiad society, achieved a distinction in the Waterloo Fermat contest, and served as president of my school's Model United Nations. I've also gained experience in fast-paced, analytical environments through a placement on a bank's trading desk and an AI and quantum computing placement at IBM.
I'm patient, organised and genuinely enjoy explaining things clearly rather than rushing through content — I know how frustrating it is to sit through a lesson that doesn't actually clear things up. My own results and background mean I understand what examiners are looking for and how to get there efficiently, whether a student needs to close gaps or push for the top grade.

I focus on building genuine understanding rather than just memorising methods, working through past papers and exam-style questions so students get comfortable with exactly how their board tests each topic. Lessons are typically an hour, structured around identifying weak spots first, then working through worked examples together before students try problems independently while I'm there to help.
I'm currently an A-level student with A*A*A*A* predicted grades in maths, further maths, chemistry and further subjects, and I've been offered a place to study Mathematics at the University of Warwick. I co-founded my school's Maths Olympiad society and have a strong competition maths background, which shapes how I break down problems step by step rather than just giving answers.
Lessons are suited to GCSE and A-level students in maths, further maths and chemistry, whether you're aiming to close gaps, build confidence, or push for the top grades.
