About Jennifer
Hi, I’m someone who started going to the gym seriously about a year ago, not just to get fit, but because I was struggling with my mental health. Training gave me structure, helped me feel better each day, and became a huge part of my routine. It boosted my confidence, helped me deal with stress, and even led me to make new friends and feel part of a community. Over time, I saw physical changes too. I started looking better, feeling stronger, and becoming more motivated in everyday life. Now I want to help others experience that same shift. If you’re just starting out, feeling lost, or not sure where to begin, I’m here to make it easier and support you through the first steps, just like I needed when I began.

I’m not a certified trainer, but I understand what beginners need because I was just there.
