About Shivani

I am Shivani M.S., a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher with over two decades of personal yoga practice. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to every individual. I create a safe and supportive environment where students can build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm at their own pace. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each session to your unique needs, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you cultivate lasting physical and emotional well-being.

About the lesson

My teaching style is personalized, trauma-informed, and inclusive, ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and empowered regardless of their age, experience, body type, ability, gender, or identity. A typical class begins with grounding and breathwork, followed by a gentle warm-up, a sequence of yoga postures tailored to your goals, and concludes with guided relaxation or meditation. I focus on mindful movement, proper alignment, and building a sustainable practice rather than pushing limits. My classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners, as well as adults seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
