Italian
Boxing fundamentals: stance, guard, footwork, and defense.
Punches & combinations: jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and basic combos.
Fitness & conditioning: strength, speed, and endurance drills for boxing.
Mindset & discipline: staying consistent, focused, and motivated.
1-Hour Boxing Lesson Includes:
• Warm-up (10 minutes): mobility, cardio, and activation exercises.
• Shadow Boxing (3 rounds x 3 minutes): with my guidance on technique, movement, and corrections.
• Drills & Training: focused on punches, combinations, defense, and boxing-specific conditioning for the rest of the session.
• Stretching & Cool-down (10 minutes): recovery, flexibility, and relaxation.
