Every session is completely tailored to you. I use yoga, Pilates and nervous system regulation practices to know exactly what your body needs and then guide you back to balance naturally.

I'll guide you through a specific yoga and Pilates program designed just for you, whether that's energizing movement when you're tired, or calming restorative poses when you're stressed. You'll have a personal plan based on ancient wisdom to bring your body, mind, and soul back into balance.
