About Asha
I am a passionate Chemistry tutor with 7 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry. I have successfully helped students from secondary school to university level strengthen their scientific knowledge, improve examination results, and develop confidence through personalized, engaging, and results-oriented instruction.
My teaching philosophy is centered on clarity, patience, and individualized learning. I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance, so I adapt my teaching methods to match each learner's strengths, goals, and preferred learning style. My aim is to make chemistry approachable, interesting, and rewarding for every student.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading scientific journals, exploring innovations in chemical research, conducting educational experiments, developing creative learning resources, and staying updated with advancements in environmental and industrial chemistry. These interests help me bring practical examples, current scientific insights, and engaging discussions into every lesson, making chemistry meaningful, relevant, and enjoyable.
