It was a fantastic evening about in Seoul when I met Tabi. She hadn't yet begun teaching, but she was an excellent communicator. I felt like she really listened when we spoke. She was highly personable and knowledgeable, despite her young age at the time. She would always surprise me with interesting facts and references to pop culture.
When she returned to Korea some months later, we became great friends, and I witnessed the passion she had for teaching her students first-hand.
