About Deepthi
Started watching Dad doing YOGA when I am 7. He is a Diabetic since 35 years now. He eat Mango, banana and does YOGA for more time and his levels are up to the level. Hence understood YOGA has power to cure anything and everything, however we need be consistent.
Started practicing with Dad and improved my focus.
Yoga also helped me in my Pre and post delivery.
It also helped me to reduce weight after my delivery.
In Delivery, I was hit with Thyroid and now I am not taking a single pill for Thyroid...Many and many lovely experiences.
Regarding my Clients, they are always happy to learn under me as they see the results.

Sukshma Vyayam(Warm-up)
Surya Namaskaras (Sun-Salutations)
Asanas(Postuers),Pranayama and Meditation.
Can teach adults,kids and elders.
Can help to reduce PCOD,PCOS,Thyroid, Diabetes etfc..
Can help to reduce stress.
For sure you will get inner peace.
