About Nehal
I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years, helping countless clients recover from physical surgeries and overcome mental challenges. My own journey into yoga began during a time when I was feeling lost and miserable, and through consistent practice, I found healing and peace. Yoga became a powerful tool for transformation, guiding me out of that rough patch and into a more mindful, balanced life. Today, I’m passionate about sharing this gift with others, helping people connect deeper with themselves and their surroundings, and supporting them on their own path to recovery, wellness, and self-awareness. In these 12 years, I have worked with thousands of clients and helped them in becoming healthier.

My teaching style is supportive, nurturing, and focused on mindfulness. I encourage each student to listen to their body, progress at their own pace, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. The class ends with a calming savasana to help you fully relax and restore your energy. No matter what your experience is, no matter what your age is, each of my classes is carefully structured for everyone. We start with gentle warm-ups, yogic exercises, asan, pryanam. You can expect a mix of breathwork and postures that focus on alignment, balance, and body awareness. After each session, you will feel immense energy but also very peaceful. So join me to heal your mind, soul, and body.
