About Ekta
I was introduced to yoga at the age of 8, it's been life transforming and have been sharing the wonderful timeless wisdom with everyone from around the globe for the past 18 years. Volunteering with various social service projects, environmental restoration, teaching underprivileged kids. Love to travel, teach various sciences to kids and teens and share the peace and gift of Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and alternative healing therapies like Meru Chikitsa, Cranio-sacral therapy wherever I go.

With multifaceted training from various yoga disciplines I've been offering teachings in many yoga styles for past 18 years- Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for ailments & mental disorders, Children's, Sivananda, Yin, Power, Restorative, and alternative healing practices like Meru Chikitsa, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Reiki along with guidance into nutrition and diet. I conduct yoga retreats in India and Europe. I would be honored to share my knowledge and experience with you and for you to get such joy and a smile on your face that stays no matter what challenges come in life and have a mindful awareness and great health. That is the gift I have received from the practice of Yoga and I want to share this incredible exploration of both physical and spiritual growth. I have done my Yoga Teachers Training from 6 different Yoga schools and have a Bachelor's in Yogic Science. In essence, the benefits of my yoga classes are as diverse as the individuals who come to them. Whether you are seeking physical strength, fitness, flexibility, or healing, stress relief, emotional balance, trauma care, or spiritual growth, this vast experience and integrative approach ensures that every student can find a path to transformation and healing, to health and happiness. Yoga is a journey, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
