About Angel
I received my masters in nutrition and my postdoctorate in Biomedicine-medicine in 2017. I also studied Ayurveda, and Homeopathy for 4 years. Additional subjects
I teach are Yoga, & Meditation since I have been practicing meditation since I was 10 years old. I started my yoga school in 2008. I offer online courses in 200 hr Yoga & Meditation teacher training and in cleansing each organ with plant medicine.

I teach over zoom and provide students with a pdf of all materials covered. I work with all ages and levels. I enjoy teaching all forms of Meditation and Yoga. (Kundalini, HIIT Yoga Vinyasa, seated meditation, and dancing meditations. I help improve a person's life with clearing energy blockages through multi-dimensional energy healing sessions.
