This meditation techniques help me in increasing concentration,eliminating fear, increasing memory, increasing love, compassion,goodwill ,increase work capacity,peace ,and many more. I did help about 1000 + persons through the meditation techniques. I have completed about 350+ day classes. Those was amazing classes . And I want to help all human.

About the lesson

I am a coach of mental health and meditation techniques. In 3 years I have provided the meditation services by the online and offline platforms. My teaching style will contains a theoretical aspect as well aspractice of this wonderful wonderful meditation techniques.I am proud to say that I am practicing this meditation techniques 3 years daily.
