About Claire
Slow movement brings stillness to the mind, allowing me to observe the soft rhythm of a breath entering a quiet room. Spending 9 years teaching across studios and online has shaped how I approach the body, leading me to focus on restorative yoga and injury-safe modifications for seniors. My credentials include an Iyengar certification alongside a BA in English and Education.
Chair yoga and hip openers remain central to my practice because they provide essential support for those with limited mobility. Mindfulness and meditation practices integrate into these sessions to encourage total relaxation. Sleep and wind-down routines help students transition from a busy day into a state of rest.
Developing savasana skills creates a necessary space for healing. These efforts ensure the practice remains unhurried and clear.
