About Dulcinée
After 13 as a manager in big industrial groups, I converted to acupuncturist. I discovered a few years ago yin yoga, I first practice for me and then help my patients to relieve their stress or back pain. As an IQ qong, yin yoga allows to feel the QI, the energy of our body circulate, it helps you focus, calm your mind. It improves the immunity as the energy flows. it is both a moment of letting go of our daily life and of toning up our beautiful energy. I did my yin yoga training with an Indian yogi, after a trip to India.

Acupuncturist I offer yin yoga classes in accordance with your needs as well body as emotions than energy. We will work through different poses to improve the functioning of your organs, sometimes focusing on the liver, kidneys etc ... the goal is that your energy flows in the body harmoniously in order to do everything you have to do with joy and strength. The Chinese say when the energy flows, the disease is swept away. The Yin yoga that I propose as a qi qong has this vocation, to harmonize you relax and circulate the energy for your well-being.
