About Fatema
I started yoga when I had a fracture in my back. I gained weight. I was very sad. I was also demotivated.i wanted to lose weight but very difficult, without workouts. My friend informed me about yoga. I started my classes and felt I should get proper training.

I teach classical Indian yoga. It is the authentic yoga. It helps building flexibility. Breathing helps the mind calm. Daily practice of an hour...and you never fall ill. I teach jalneeti, vamandhaiti . I teach madras, kriyas, pranayam, aasanas. The most important Surya namaskar.
