I have a strong love for people and Yoga! I strive to create a comfortable presence for all people I meet. I try to keep a calm energy and enjoy allowing others to feel safe. My goal in teaching is for my students to learn to listen and love all parts of their body.

My style of teaching is very hands off. I like my students to feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies. I will assist if asked but learning to listen to your body is one thing I strive to educate my class in. My yoga classes are much more centered on mindfulness. My goal is to create a safe space for my students to be exactly themselves, and to understand who they are and what they feel. I practice Ahimsa (Non-violence) very strongly. No exceptions when it comes to any form of harassment or bullying. I appreciate all people and my classes are for anyone and everyone. The level of my classes rage from beginner to advanced, class members will be taken into consideration when it comes to the class plan. All class members are welcome to do as little or as much of the practice as they please, no pressure. Come with an open mind and an open heart!
