About M
I am a yoga student that has taken her research to the next level by taking part in two yoga teacher training internships. I have stayed in India for a total of 10 weeks with two different teachers in order to acquire deeper knowledge of yoga and its philosophy.

The yoga classes I propose are generally sequenced by a warmup, surya namaskars, asanas, pranayama and meditation. Possible to include mantra chanting if open to the practise.
I propose a gentle, beginner to intermediate asana level. The asanas are mostly focused on flexibility, balance and lower body strength.
