About Nazanin
Hi, I’m Nazanin, a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher. I approach yoga with patience, attention to alignment, mindful breathing, and respect for each student’s individual abilities. My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable environment where you can learn at your own pace, develop body awareness, and build a safe and consistent yoga practice.

My teaching approach is based on mindful movement, conscious breathing, proper alignment, and developing body awareness. I guide students step by step and adapt the practice to their individual level, flexibility, strength, and experience. My goal is not to push students into advanced poses, but to help them build a safe and sustainable practice.
A typical lesson begins with a short centering and breathing practice, followed by gentle warm-up movements and a sequence of asanas. Depending on the student’s goals and level, we may focus on alignment, strength, flexibility, balance, or learning specific poses. We finish with a period of relaxation and awareness.
I pay close attention to how each movement feels in the body and use clear verbal cues to help students understand not only how to perform an asana, but also how to approach it with awareness and control.
