My name is Daniela, I am a professor of Hatha and Aero Yoga, I trained in "Yoga Kai" in Buenos Aires Argentina. The class consists of several stages: Heat and class rhythm, body registration and mental state. Asanas, postures that stimulate the movement of our systems and the oxygenation of the whole body. Pranayamas, breathing exercises, designed to intervene in our energy, from the most basic and accessible tool we have. Meditation and final relaxation with relaxing massages. After the class, a talk about philosophy, internalization of concepts and practical emotional control exercises for everyday life is proposed.
