About Kare

I have been practicing yoga, in its different styles, for 7 years. Currently certified in
- Ashtanga Vinyasa by O2 Yoga, with Durga Stef
-Yoga nidra by Green yoga, with Juan José
-Rocket 1 with David Kyle, and I'm going for my next 50h this November.

I love being in constant learning and sharing the practice of yoga, I help you develop the basics of the postures and progressively make more advanced postures. I also share on my IG account breathing exercises & self-love, I invite you to visit @ the.alchemist.yogi where you can find some free guided meditations.

About the lesson

I give face-to-face or virtual classes for you to take at home, the practice is fluid, challenging, moldable at all levels. Special love for the healthy and effective adjustments of the body and for the awareness of our breathing.

The value of US $ 25 is per private face-to-face class, it lasts just over an hour, I will be guiding you at your own pace to connect the yoga postures with your breathing. If you come I have an outdoor space to practice and I have the props you need, just bring your mat.
