About Lorena
I started to get interested in yoga more than 10 years ago and with my practice my passion increased day by day.
When I was finally ready to share my passion with others I went to India where I would be trained and I would learn the essence of Yoga and its philosophy. Then I continued traveling and teaching in places like Panama, London and Madrid.

My classes are designed to help students understand the nature of inner self, removing physical/mental ailments through asanas and pranayamas. I love focus in help people of all levels to find comfort and space in their bodies through different adjustments and modifications.
In addition I use meditation and various relaxation techniques to help eliminate the stress and anxiety suffered in everyday life.
