About Eleni
I am a passionate yoga/aerial yoga instructor (250 hours Y. A) and a dancer! I have been teaching yoga for the past 3 years to people with varied age and level. Also, being a psychology graduate, I work both with the body and the mind in my classes.

I have been trained in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga which is what I basically teach. However, I like to incorporate elements from my dance background into my classes as well as breathing techniques and relaxation. My teaching methodology and classes are always tailored to the needs of each individual.
