About Shayna
I have 7+ years of yoga experience - the practice in which completely changed my life! I started yoga while I was living in South Korea and the practice stayed with me as I moved around the world. Currently, I am based out of Fredericton New Brunswick and primarily teach private lessons. Yoga helped me connect more to who I am, those around me & eliminated daily body pains.
For a deeper look into my personal practice you can find me on Instagram as (concealed information)
