About Suresh
I have completed Ph.D. in Biochemistry and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years manufacturing vaccines and life-saving biotherapeutics.
I have been practicing yoga for the last 20 years and have been a teacher of yoga for the last 10 years. Through the practice of regular yoga, I have immensely benefited in higher immunity, fitness, endurance, weight management, anger management, peace of mind, and stress-free life. I would like to pass on these benefits to the community at large. Especially during this pandemic, stress levels have increased and yoga is essential to be stress-free and be happy.
Knowledge of Biochemistry gives me an edge in teaching yoga with its benefits on body metabolism.

I am a Yoga trainer. Yoga is the union of body, breath, and mind. I facilitate yoga sessions for holistic well-being that helps my clients to have healthy body and peaceful mind. The program has relaxing breathing techniques for managing stress, yoga asanas for a fit body, nutritional counseling as per Ayurveda, and tips for good quality sleep.
