About Valentina
Yoga has been a big part of my lite for the last 8 years. I used to give classes to my colleagues on the cruise ship where I worked before I chose to teach yoga professionally. With a physically and mentally challenging job (10h/day for 22 days in a row) it was much needed for both body and mind!
Since January 2019 I've been in Bali, teaching at hotels as well as private classes.

I am a certified yoga teacher with focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flow, meditation and deep relaxation. In my classes we learn the importance of muscle engagement and stability to avoid too much stress on our joints. We also practice Pranayama, breathing exercises, to better get to know your body-mind connection.
