About Marielena
I successfully completed my 200h yoga training at TimoWahl in Frankfurt in August 2020.
Since then I have been teaching yoga courses on a regular basis.
In September 2020 I also completed a ballet barre training course.
I am currently completing the 300h yoga advanced training with Timo Wahl, which I will finish in October. As part of this training, I completed my advanced training as a private yoga teacher in March 2021.
I currently teach private yoga classes, yoga in clubs and gyms, as well as ballet barre.

I offer yoga for you in the Frankfurt am Main area and the surrounding area. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or already have experience - I adapt the lessons to you and your body.
I would be happy to come to your home for a private lesson or look for a suitable room. Outdoor yoga in summer is also possible.
During a private yoga class I like to work with aids to give you the best possible support during the practice. We go into strength as well as relaxation with restorative positions.
