I am passionate about the practice of yoga. I have had a personal practice for almost 10 years now, and I became a registered yoga teacher in 2020. I trained at CorePower Yoga in Bethesda, Maryland. I have taught group classes, private sessions, and Zoom classes!

My approach to teaching is that every body can do yoga. Yoga is not a competition, it is a way to balance the mind, body, and spirit. I teach to help others calm and strengthen both their mind and bodies.

Details
Classes are $30 an hour. If I need to travel more than 15 miles to get to you, the price will go up to $45. My cancellation fee is $15. You must cancel within 24 hours notice of our scheduled meet time to avoid the fee. Thank you.
