Deadly! I have taken a few one on one lessons with Anagha and will continue to do so. She's concious of your goals with Yoga and weary of your injuries and inhibitons while practising poses. Anagha is great with instructions, pays attention to your posture and corrects as needed, but also suggests appropriate modifications to work towards building strength. She also guides your breathwork while performing different poses. I am happy that I get to learn and practice yoga with a great teacher in a safe way, given my multiple injuries and in a comfortable enviornment and would highly recommend doing a lesson with her.
