As a former professional gymnast representing Wales and Great Britain, I bring a unique perspective to yoga. My journey includes titles such as Welsh Champion and British Champion, and I've recently completed my yoga teacher training, merging my passion for movement with mindful practice.

200 hour Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa/ Yin/ Restorative Instructor.
