About Iris

" Iris has a firm yet gentle way of teaching. She makes you feel protected yet challenged at the same time".

I am a former ballet dancer who gained my 200 YTT from the Yoga Alliance in 2019. I have been teaching extensively to private clients in Copenhagen and to an international Yoga community online. I have a firm believe that anyone can do Yoga. That your body is capable of anything that you tell it to do or train it for.

About the lesson

Yoga is for everyone. Everyone has the power within themselves to become stronger, create peace within themselves and to take control of their life and their surroundings. I specially design my lessons for my students. We work on channeling your inner energy and achieving what you would like to achieve within a lesson. Anything is allowed on the mat. Nothing is wrong when we practice. It is all about where you are and where you would like to go. I teach in various styles such as: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and power yoga. In my groups lessons one lesson may be targeted towards on particular style but all the Asana's can be achieved by everyone with accordance to their level. In my private lessons we can work on a particular style should you wish or we can create a mixed programme targeted at the one objective that you would like to achieve. Anything really is possible and I would love to show you what you can achieve. I'll see you on the mat!
