About Lei

Yoga has been a transformative part of my life for several years. Becoming a teacher felt like a natural step, driven by my desire to share these powerful practices with others and help them experience the same positive impact yoga has had on me. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, I’m here to meet you where you are and support you on your journey.

About the lesson

Having spent months in India at the foothills of the Himalayas, my teachings are rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic lineage. “Sattva” represents wholeness and balance, and my approach reflects this holistic philosophy by integrating body, breath, and mind into a unified practice.

Through dynamic Vinyasa sequences and elements of Kundalini activation, I guide students to build strength, flexibility, and deeper awareness of their inner energy. The practice is designed not only to support physical vitality, but also to cultivate mental clarity and inner stillness.

Whether you are seeking movement, balance, or a deeper connection to yourself, my classes offer a supportive space for transformation—both on and off the mat.
