About Leonardo
I did my first BSc in Sports and Science in Brazil, time that I had the opportunity to study Yoga and Qigong, also I did part of BSc in Physiotherapy and a Dipl. Training in Traditional CHinese Medicine.
I've been living and teaching in Warwick (and London), private lessons and Online by ZOOM

During the lessons, you are going to explore Breathing, Yoga Postures, Movement (Vinyasa Krama, Iyengar Yoga), relaxation and meditation
