About Sebyoga
Hello, I am Seb, I am a yoga master. Through my experience in different styles of yoga I have developed self-awareness and observation in myself and my students, so I am a tool to develop all the benefits of yoga in each student knowing that each of them, even teaching in groups, are individuals, with predominant doshas to balance and enhance the practice.
