About Daisy

I’m a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with a deep love for supporting others on their journey to greater balance and wellbeing. With a 500-hour yoga teacher training, a BSc in Nutrition, and certification as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) coach, I bring a holistic approach to everything I do.

My path into yoga and wellness has been guided by a genuine curiosity about the connection between the body, mind, and emotions. I believe that when we take time to slow down, listen inward, and care for ourselves, we create space for real transformation.

About the lesson

Hello wonderful souls,

I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, with a BSc in Nutrition and training as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) coach. My approach is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing comes from nurturing both the body and the mind, so physical and emotional health are always at the heart of my classes.

I teach a range of styles including Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga, and I intuitively adapt each session depending on your energy levels and personal needs on the day. Whether you are seeking something slow and restorative or more dynamic and energising, I will tailor the practice to support you.

I work with a wide range of students and customise each lesson to suit you—whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced practitioner. I welcome all ages and abilities, creating a supportive and inclusive space where you can feel comfortable, challenged, and inspired.

My lessons combine mindful movement, breathwork, and elements of emotional awareness to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, reduce stress, or reconnect with yourself, I am here to guide and support you on your journey.
