I am Aruna Jeevandham . I have been learning yoga since 2011 and it is a lifelong journey. I have a Diploma in Yoga Therapy and have an in-depth understanding of various aspects of yoga.
I would like to share my knowledge with people who are inclined towards it.

Counseling is done before starting the class.
An in-depth grasp of the student's mindset, worldview, social circumstances, body condition, and tendencies is done before making a curriculum for them. As the improvements occur, changes will be made to the routine.
Yoga counseling, Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation are used.
Yoga Therapy is done according to requirements.
